Please read carefully before submitting your story.
CBT School was founded to offer support and education to those around the world who cannot access proper care. We work to advocate for and educate about mental health, specifically Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB’s) and depression. Through our work, an online community was formed to support those managing mental health struggles. Via Facebook and Instagram, the CBT School community share their stories and difficulties with me and others who are managing mental health challenges.
We are excited to announce another vehicle to share your mental health story with CBTSchool.com. We are now welcoming submissions of your own mental health story to be published on CBTSchool.com. We are seeking exclusive article submissions, surrounding a diverse range of mental health conditions, that have not run online or in print with any other platforms (including your own personal blog).
Submissions of any length are welcome, but we recommend submissions be around 800 words. We do not consider story proposals. The submission must be a completed article. We do not consider anonymous submissions or submissions submitted under a pseudonym.
How to Submit:
If you have any special expertise (ex. licensed clinician, author, doctor), please explain in the body of the email. Special expertise is not necessary to submit an article but welcomed. Submissions are read on a weekly basis and you will hear from us within two weeks if we would like to publish your article.
