I’m Kimberley Quinlan, and I am an Anxiety Specialist who is here to change the way you look at anxiety.

You've been told again and again that anxiety is BAD, a problem to "fix," and a sign of danger.  I am here to change that!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience specializing in severe Anxiety Disorders & Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. 

I have a thriving private practice in Calabasas, CA, and a robust online mental health education platform to help those who either want to learn the steps on their own or who do not have the resources to access one-on-one professional care.
